Located on approximately 15,000 acres in Los Angeles County, FivePoint is building on the award-winning legacy of Valencia with a new community that will offer a mix of homes, offices, retail and entertainment options – while also devoting 10,000 acres of open space to protect native habitat and honor its rich farming history. Valencia is planned to be among the first communities of its size to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions, and is poised to become one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly of its kind in the nation.

Once considered the epicenter of the sports universe as the former home to the city’s championship football team and professional baseball team, Candlestick is now poised for its next chapter as a hub of innovation and connection. In collaboration with the City of San Francisco, FivePoint is setting the groundwork for a standalone development of Candlestick as the first phase of a larger mixed-use community. Once completed, Candlestick will become a vibrant destination where memories are made for locals and visitors alike.
